Folks Chassis parts are made under facility with 40 years in experience and with TS16949 certified. Castings are made from raw materials based on SAE1045, SAE4135, FCD450 and 6061-T6 international standards, machined with precision using automated CNC lathe which results in finished products that has very high quality close to that of the OE. All finished products go through a series of testing before they are released for shipment. Testing include, Impact to Ball Stud, Torque Rotation, Salt Spray, Stud Swing Angle, Endurance etc. Also to ensure products’ resistance against rust, we provide varieties of different types of surface finish, such as e-coat, Manganese Phosphate, plating, anodize etc., to ensure products receive best anti-rust protection. Ball studs are also harden using both quenching and induction heat treatment processes to ensure it meets the market spec so that it’ll not break easily and also give ball studs good performance against wear resistance. Lastly we can provide custom package flexibilities to any customers who are looking to package the products with their own boxes, as well as any new product development with our sophisticated R&D team. |
